Плохое обслуживание, мы попросили омлет с помидорами, нам дали без, хотя я спрашивала, когда его приготовили, они сказали да, да с помидорами. Когда я принесла его домой, помидоров не было. Кроме того, на днях мы с женой хотели там пообедать и захотели. Посидеть на террасе, официант сказал, что не хочет выходить на террасу, так как для него слишком много работы, и у них был только один клиент. в ресторане. Poor service, we asked for omlette with tomatoes and they gave without, even though I questioned when it was prepared, they said yes, yes with tomatoes. When I brought it home, there were no tomatoes. Also, the other day, my wife and I wanted to have lunch there and wanted to.sit on the terrace, the waiter said he doesn't want to come out on the terrace as too much work for him and their was only one customer in the restaurant.

Еда понравилась, персонал тоже. Заказывала пасту и кофе. Порции и цены адекватные, официантка понравилась вежливостью. Атмосфера что надо.

Я с дочкой заказала кокал: оказалась его готовят использую самый обыкновенный Несквик из ближайшего супермаркета. Администратора на месте не было. Но на мой вопрос «как вы можете это подавать в кофейном заведении» получила ответ: » но он же вкусный получается». Интересно, а кофе они также готовят?

15.06 зашла в кофе хауз Свиблово, заказала омлет, в процессе потребления обнаружила в омлете ценник! Пригласила администратора Короткий Юрий. На мой вопрос: Как вы считаете, это нормально? Ответ: нет, не нормально. И все! Ни извинений, ни сожалений о случившемся! Круто!! Впрочем если это ценность Кампании — то Удачи вам господа!!!
