Доброе время суток!Поситили первый пробный урок в Кодкласс 9.09.2018 после него оплатили 5 900 за первый месяц обучения, что бы понять стоит ли продолжать заниматься. Передумали на второй день посещать занятия вообще. Люди, это смешно, но нам до сих пор не вернули деньги. Менеджер по возврату Дарья, неделю искала заявление на возврат. После чего я заполнила и передала им согласно их же регламента! В течении 15 дней как заявлено в регламенте деньги не вернули ссылаясь, что у них это редкие случа и и в течении 30 дней Вам все вернут. И по истечению 30 дней деньги не были возвращены. – показать

Сплошная профонация. Ребенок посещал площадку на Соколе в 1ю смену. Очень не понравилось. Ребята вожатые пытались создать позитивную атмосферу. Все остальное не соответствует той презентации, которую так активно продвигает КодКласс. Не доходили 4 дня. Теперь не можем вернуть свои 13000. На письма не отвечают. Обещают перезвонить и тишина. Будьте внимательны перед заключением договора. Узнавайте не вообще про лагерь, а про свою конкретную площадку. Может где-то и есть чудо педагоги, вкусное пита ние и познавательные экскурсии, но не на всех площадках. У нас ничего этого не было, а стоимость как везде. Не торопитесь платить. У них гибкое ценообразование. В день начала занятий стоимость может существенно снизиться. – показать

Елена, добрый день! Ваши средства вернули в положенный срок, просто межбанковские платежи занимают до 5 рабочих дней. Все замечания, которые Вы указали были исправлены в течение 2 дней и сегодня лагерь проводится на высшем уровне. Ниже прикрепляю скриншот возврата и скриншот довольных родителей.
