Оформил заказ в период самоизоляции 15.04, сказали будет доставка в понедельник (20.04). Приехал из области, чтобы принять заказ. Целый день пытался дозвониться по всем (ВСЕМ) телефонам, писал вк - тишина. Кое как достучался в чате до менеджера, из которого просто шипцами вытащил информацию, что доставка будет завтра (21.04). Вечером 20.04 в ак со мной связался специалист, сказал, что передал мою жалобу руководству и они свяжутся со мной 21.04 в первой половине дня. 21.04 с утра позвонил, уточнил статус, сказали будет доставка. На всякий случай набрал в службу доставки, которая мне сообщила, что магазин им товар не передал вообще. По телефону магазин сообщает, что статус доставки сегодня, как о стенку горох. Отвечали так, будто это одолжение мне. До этого заказывал здесь около 5 лет. В результате сделал заказ в другом месте, думаю, после такого опыта, не вернусь сюда. 2 дня просидел как ждун в квартире.
