Ничего нового не скажу! Хамство и наглость хозяйки переходит все границы. Купила на каникулах лото. Цена 380 р( в этот же день купила ещё канц отвороты, общая сумма около 1000) Вечером сели всей семьей играть, 5 бочонков не хватает! На следующий день пошла менять. В наличии нет, деньги отдавать отказались, ссылаясь на то, что мы сами потеряли бочонки. Позвонила хозяйке Татьяне Борисовне, сказала написать заявление, она его будет рассматривать две недели, АНАЛИЗИРОВАТЬ🤷‍♀️ законы о защите прав потребителя, видимо, написаны не для неё!!! В итоге я с двумя детьми( одному из которых 3 месяца) пыталась решить ситуацию в течении часа. Безуспешно! С горяча высыпала бочонки на прилавок, пусть перечитывает! Я не обеднею от 380 рублей! Но! Ей вернётся стократно!

Уважаемые соседи! Мы понимаем, что антиреклама, это тоже реклама, но каждый решает сам ,куда обратиться. Хочу поделиться историей о хамстве и наглости, дело совершенно не в деньгах, а об отношении к клиентам. 20 июня купили канц. товары в канцелярском отделе на Энгельса 12 («Кнопка») Использовать стали 22.06, маркер не пишет, так как мы постоянные у них были клиенты, часто покупаем у них товар, маркер не проверили, когда стали работать, он оказывается не пишет, сухой. Пошли с чеком менять, нарвались на хамство и грубость продавца, менять отказалась. Посмотрела отзывы в дубль гис, одни негативные, что хозяйка очень грубая и наглая. Уважаемая Зайцева Татьяна Борисовна! Пожелание, научитесь общаться сначала сами и своих продавцов с людьми, а то всё возвращается бумерангом. Скоро 1 сентября, уважаемые родители)) Будьте бдительны и не отправляйте детей одних за покупками))) Советую обходить этот магазин стороной, если нет желания испортить себе настроение)). Конечно, там мы уже ничего приобретать не будем.
