9 мая приобрели "дастер" по программе трейд-ин. Были приятно удивлены отношением персонала. С нами работали Попов И.В. и Миронов Д.В. Очень приятные в общении люди, корректное поведение, грамотная речь, внимание к малейшим мелочам и нашим пожеланиям. Искренне старались помочь, объяснили все в малейших подробностях. Учитывая, что мы приехали из района, все было сделано в кратчайшие сроки, без лишней волокиты. И, конечно, для нас важна юридическая чистота сделки. В общем, очень довольны. Желаем компании дальнейшего развития и процветания! Рекомендую всем знакомым.

Еденствинный сервис официального дилера в котором запретили присутствовать при ремонте автомобиля от начала до конца! Меня это наталкивает на определенные выводы!!!! Состоялась беседа с руководителем по телефону, который сообщил причину по которой я не могу присутствовать при ремонте, и эта причина отказалась в том, что у них только один халат для входа в ремзону! Неоднократно обслуживал автомобили других марок у официально дилера и ни когда не возникало проблем такого рода, всегда отвечали «мы открыты для клиентов, и всегда проводим работу по замечаниям клиентов»! Цены на порядок выше средней цены в городе не смотря на скидку в 25%! Уважаемое руководство автосалона, обращаюсь к вам с просьбой быть более открытыми для клиентов! На сегодняшний день, не рекомендую данный сервис, если что то изменится и руководство автосалона изменит свой подход к клиентам и мне станет известно об этом, то обязательно оставлю новый отзыв! Данный отзыв будет распространён, хочу, что б люди знали правду.
