1 звезда за интерьер дизайн помещения, но какой от него толк, если ваши сотрудники как ленивцы? Людей человек 5, а ждёшь минут 20-30. ВСЕГДА. ОДНО И ТО ЖЕ. Вам люди пишут отзывы, одинаковые, может что-то изменится уже?

Давно хотел менять квартиру и брать ипотеку, чтобы не ездить из своей деревни в центр каждый день. С месяц изучал предложения разных банках, но везде казалось, что меня хотят нагреть. Работаю недалеко от этого офиса и пришёл получить консультацию вживую. Пришёл в обед, пришлось отсидеть очередь, хоть и небольшую. Всё пояснили, чётко расписали, посчитали. Предложили честно ставку такую же, как и в рекламе. Через пару недель получаю документы на квартиру.

Организация с креативным подходом к клиентам. Даже название говорит о себе "Клюква". Банк или другими словами кредитное учреждение регионального уровня, отличное от Сбербанка. Специалисты помогли разобраться с линейкой продуктов, которые они предлагают клиентам и выбрать более подходящий под мои запросы.В другой раз оперативно оказали услугу по обмену или правильнее сказать покупке иностранной валюты.

Менеджмент банка самоуверенный и не хочет общаться по возникающим проблемам. Даже не приняли письменное заявление. В других банках достаточно сделать устное заявление и проблема разрешается. Такие сотрудники гарантия банкротства! Или это своеобразный бренд? "Развесистая клюква"!

Долго не вызывали, клиентов не было ... В итоге перевод получала час... потеряла ЧАС времени... Как можно оформлять перевод на выдачу целый час?! Ужасно долгое обслуживание....
