МЕНЕДЖЕРЫ ВОРУЮТ ДЕНЬГИ!!! Я архитектор, в профессии много лет. С таким сталкиваюсь впервые. Заказала на объект окна – не сложные, несколько штук. Внесли предоплату. Подождали как всегда. Далее менеджер (Анжелла Луцик) звонит заказчице – предлагает подъехать в офис, чтобы внести вторую часть денег. В выходной. Заказчица подъезжает, платит… Далее – Анжелла исчезает с деньгами… все просто как день. Звоню - руководство лично на контакт не выходит, переговоры через доверенного менеджера)), никто не торопится решить этот вопрос, на мои звонки отвечает, что это типа не только по моему заказу!!!, что Анжелла с Украины, у нее проблемы… понимаете ли… она вероятно уже там… ИТОГ: НИГОГДА НЕ СВЯЗЫВАЙТЕСЬ С ЭТОЙ ФИРМОЙ!!! Что там произошло (на рынке они не первый год) – может руководство сменилось и новое решило, что честность в бизнесе ныне не актуально!!! PS Анжелла таки в Москве – работает спокойно в новой фирме – продает полы… Кто там виноват, кто врет и зачем – темное дело. Лучше держаться подальше!

Отстроили мне зимний сад, правда с небольшой задержкой. Если быть адекватным к человеческим факторам, то нареканий нет. Следующий этап мансардники. Не знаю как отписавшиеся ниже, видимо им просто не повезло?! И вообще это не технику заказать через интернет! Я лично долго подходил к этому делу, читал, смотрел, разбирался чего к чему. Как говориться, если четко поставить задачу, то и выполнят ее так же.
