Посетил автосервис после покупки авто с пробегом по рекомендации коллеги с работы, который обслуживает в Клуб*Ке свою машину. Была проведена диагностика мотора, подвески, осмотр, рекомендации. Всё вовремя, как по записи, минута в минуту. Расположение удобное. Внутри чисто, светло. Мастер приемщик машину принял, быстро ещё раз проговорили мои пожелания, и передали в ремзону механику. Большой плюс - возможно находиться в ремзоне, наблюдать за работой по машине. Конечно, не лучший вариант - дышать в затылок и отвлекать сотрудника, но механик сказал, если есть вопросы в процессе - задавайте. Сам во время осмотра находил и указывал на места, которые требуют внимания, и рекомендовал что и когда нужно сделать по машине. Никаких навязываний и разводов. В ремзоне и в целом в сервисе свежо и чисто. Есть шинка и оборудование для сход-развала. Запчасти в наличии по очень гуманным ценам, и на работы цены тоже разумные. Можно приехать со своими запчастями. Сотрудники доброжелательные, и похоже порядочные, дорожат клиентом, это есть то самое "клубное" отношение, за которым многие сюда приезжают. На ресепшне - скромно, но уютно. Порядок и четкость в расчетах и общении. Есть туалет, он чистый и работает. Стоит кулер, кофемашина, диванчик для ожидания, висит ТВ. Очень приятное впечатление от сервиса. Приеду ещё на ТО. Ребятам успехов и процветания.
