Будто пришла к себе домой. Мне понравилось всё, особенно занятия у Максима, Ирины и Тамары. Здорово, что у Вас нет выходных, это важно с моим графиком работы и командировок!

Доброго дня суток. мне нравиться ходить на занятия к вам. Однако стала замечать изменения в вашей политике. Хотела выразить свое пожелание в виде рекомендации, пожалуйста когда проводите реконструкции в офисе, могли бы проводить опрос у ваших клиентов (например. вы убрали рисунки на стеклах в зале 2 и 3, мне было очень дискомфортно на занятии), я конечно понимаю, что все проводится для клиентов!

А инструктора тут с каким образованием??? С ЛФК есть??? Остальным не доверяю(((здоровье одно, рисковать не охото!!!

Спасибо за обращение!Т.к. мы всё-таки клуб йоги, а не медицинское учреждение, то соответственно все наши преподаватели имеют специальное образование в области ведения занятий по хатха-йоге, а не лечебной физкультуре.Если вас интересуют реабилитационные практики, то вы можете прийти на урок Соматического обучения (Соматику). Это практика осознавания через движение, имеющая некий терапевтический характер, направленная на раскрепощение и избавление от хронического мышечного напряжен ия путем нервно-мышечного переобучения. Наш преподаватель Максим Кин успешно прошёл трёхлетний курс обучения в Институте соматических исследований в Калифорнии и имеет десятилетний опыт работы в данной области. Приходите! – показать
