То ли не вовремя зашел, то ли ещё что, но вечерняя тренировка взрослый бокс оставила странное ощущение. Началась с опозданием на четверть часа, пока разминка, пока то, пока сё... Работа по факту была минут девять из полутора часов. Реально покидать руки удалось раунда три-четыре, при этом тренер занят... А я даже не знаю чем. Ну вот пока идёт разминка, тренер сидит в телефоне, но в парной работе два раза подходил, что-то корректировал. Не технику, но порядок ударов в связке. Вот честно, разминки бывали понагруженней, чем эта треня. Постоял в паре с парнем, который "два месяца ходит", но что такое джеб, не знает. То есть если нет базовой техники, посещать бессмысленно, кмк. Но если есть, то результативней будет в одного на мешке отработать. А физику и вынос надо делать в качалке или на кроссфите, посоны. А не занимать время тренировок по боксу этими всеми вещами типа "а теперь пресс". Угу, я же пресс пришел качнуть, не технику ставить в бойцовский клуб. Лично мне нужно больше хардкора, больше продуктивности. Печалька. Но мнение моё не обязательно правильное, приходите, пробуйте.

Уютный зал, меня встретила менеджер Валерия, очень доступно все рассказала и помогла с выбором! ставлю 5 звезд менеджеру! Интерьер тоже приятный, инвентарь в хорошем состоянии! Рекомендую!
