Выражаю огромную благодарность школе Стихиаль. Благодаря вам моя первая беременность прошла без трудностей, в хорошем настроении и активности. Ходила на занятия с 20ой недели и до 40ой. Получила заряд бодрости и сил на роды, навыки правильного дыхания и много информации о родах и уходу за малышом. Лично спасибо Маше, Ире и Саше. Занятия у вас были разными и интересными. А благодаря сопровождению в родах, на свет родился замечательный здоровый малыш, обошлись без эпидуралки. Ира сопровождала мои роды и помогла мне прожить в полной мере весь процесс и оказала неоценимую поддержку. Нисколько не жалею, что познакомилась именно с этой школой. Хотя было много сомнений. Девочки, приходите на пробные занятия. – показать

Хочу поблагодарить клуб для «беременяшек» «Стихиаль»! Спасибо девочки Ира, Маша, Александра.Ходила в основном на площадку Строгино и Сходненская. Считаю, очень помогла моральная и физическая подготовка при родах и мне и малышу, благодаря этому смогла избежать кесарево. Малыш родился 18.10.2018, сейчас пригодились лекции по уходу за ребенком. Всем советую заниматься во время беременности, находить новые знакомства среди профессионалов, будующих мам, общаться на интересующие вас темы и в се будет намного легче и понятнее. – показать
