Пришла сюда полтора года назад и не пожалела ни одного вечера, проведенного в зале!! И физическая подготовка на уровне и задуматься есть над чем. Зал, конечно, нельзя назвать идеальным, есть и минусы, и плюсы. Из минусов: зал не очень большой и, если лето выдается слишко жаркое, бывает душновато. Из плюсов: учитель в процессе занятия успевает отследить каждого ученика и поправить по необходимости, и самое главное: чем меньше зал, тем меньше полных выпрыгов надо делать .... ))) А вообще классная группа подбирается. Отличные веселые и дружные ребята) Замечательная атмосфера в зале! И одно из важнейших для меня обстоятельств: Учитель, который может не только научить, как правильно прыгать, но и помочь в понимании чего-то большего. В общем, вдохновляет на дальнейшие достижения)

После травмы не была уверена смогу ли вообще чем-то нормально заниматься... Но попробовав, не смогла оторваться, и хотя прошло уже 2 года как занимаюсь, интерес и воодушевление не пропадают. :-) Бывает тяжело отправить уставшее после учебы тело на тренировку, но каждый раз дойдя - понимаю, какой же это отдых для усталого тела и сознания. Ощущение будто силы наполняют тебя, а проблемы отступают, становясь как-будто и не такими тяжелыми. Непередаваемое чувство. ;-) И хоть телу было тяжело в начале - теперь многое, что казалось просто невозможным не вызывает вообще никакого удивления и страха за себя. И что удивительно - все это произошло для меня незаметно. Не через боль и мучения, а на интересе и аккуратном подходе к каждому упражнению, с пониманием что мне можно делать, а что пока не стоит со стороны сенсея. Удивительно и непередаваемо здорово. Вот наверное, что я могу сказать по этому поводу. :-)
