Хочется отметить клиентоориентированность персонала. Очень доброжелательные администраторы. Всегда подскажу, помогут, направят. Сразу понимаешь за что ты деньги платишь, такой уровень к сожалению не во всех платных клиниках увидишь, не говоря уж о бесплатных

Клиника хорошая, как и сам персонал. Чувствуется подход к делу и не работают на поток, а как следует с пациентом, мне по крайней мере все буквально врач разжевал, объяснил, от чего могут быть мои симптомы, подсказал, какие анализы лучше сдать, чтобы все узнать точно. Как выяснилось, приемом таблеток в недельный срок я избавилась от всех недомоганий.

Клиентоориентированность администрации клиники оставляет делать лучшего. Позвонила заранее 5 марта с вопросом о том, что если сдавать анализы 7 марта когда они будут готовы. Администратор ответила на следующий день. Уточняю, что это праздник и обычно выходной, но заверяют, что у них все равно это рабочий день. Приехала 7, анализы должны быть готовы 8 после 16.00. Думаете они работали ? Нет! Предупредили 7 марта, что их расписание изменилось ? Нет! На двери этой клиники 8 марта продолжало висеть расписание о ежедневной работе. Понятно, что праздник и тд, но вам специально звонили и уточняли для чего ? Знали бы заранее пришла бы в пятницу и в субботу были бы уже результаты, а так 🤦‍♀️
