Занимался всю жизнь спортом. Сейчас на тренерской работе. Приезжаю сюда на курсы мануальной терапии. Всегда помогает. Если раз в полгода проходить курс, болей вообще нет в спине.

Хожу уже 2 года на массаж к Стерликовой. Боли уже давно прошли, но для профилактики всё равно иногда посещаю. Еще люблю ставить иголки у Духовника. Врачи все с большим стажем и опытом, это сразу бросается в глаза.
