Были на приеме у психолога Герасимовой Елены Евгеньевны, специалист очень понравилась, располагает к себе, нашла подход к ребенку-подростку. Ребенок открылся, что радует, т.к. был неудачный опыт работы с психологом. Назначено лечение, надеюсь, лечение поможет. Ценник, конечно высокий, за полчаса приема, но может нам и не нужно было больше времени. Что касается ресепшен, когда сказали, что хотим анонимный прием и отказались от предоставления документов, сразу меняется отношение. Как будто мой документ на что-то влияет. Работают так, как будто одолжение делают, тон не особо доброжелательный. При пациентах позволяют себе обсуждать других пациентов и работу специалистов, считаю, это не приемлемо. Не было воды, в кулере, стояла бутыль рядом, но некому было заправить.
