Записался на приём через интернет к врачу, собирался заодно оформить пакет на годовое обслуживание. Не тут-то было. На ресепшене сообщили, что записи никакой у них нет. На вопрос, как это возможно, если я записался через сайт, только пожали плечами. Мое потраченное время из-за их проблем с их же сайтом их вообще не интересует. Вообще, разговаривают на респешене без всякого интереса к клиенту, на грани полного пренебрежения. Больше ни ногой

Давно не посещал Медквадрат в Куркино.Качество обслуживания упало резко.Справку грамотно выписать не могут (подготовленную ими справку отклонили в НИИГБ).Сегодня, 26.06.18 нахамили на ресепшн, но взяли 2.700 руб. за 3 мин. работы. Неужели нельзя подобрать вежливые кадры, если вы коммерческая клиника?
