Клиентоориентированность оставляет желать лучшего. Нужно ждать, пока будет ровно 14.00, чтобы оплатить медосмотр. Неужели от того, что я оплачу на 10 минут раньше что-то изменится? Есть касса, но она не работает, оплачивать нужно у администратора. Дополняю отзыв. 4 августа проходила медосмотр. Ждала звонка о готовности. Обещали, что медосмотр будет готов через 8 рабочих дней. Не дождалась, приехала сама. В итоге прошло уже две недели, а медкнижка до сих пор не готова. Отвратительно. В регистратуре нагрубили, сказали, спросить у врача, почему не готово. Бардак какой-то. И это платная клиника

Благодарим за обратную связь! Спешим пояснить: программа работает штатно. До 14:00 наш медцентр принимает пациентов по записи, рамках обычного графика. Мы физически не можем проводить платные осмотры раньше, чтобы не создавать очередей и не лишать других пациентов их законного времени приёма. Оплата технически открывается ровно в 14:00, как только высвобождается оборудование и врачи. Это сделано для вашего же комфорта, а не из-за желания создавать очередь из пациентов . Хочу поделиться отзывом , была на приеме у врача Багумян К. Все понравилось , клиника чистая , девушки на ресепшене отзывчивые . Врач была деликатна и прием проходил комфортно . Советую

Звездочки ставлю ради врачей в клинике и само оснащение, но обслуживание операторами своих потенциальных клиентов-пациентов оставляет желать лучшего, сперва подумала «показалось», НО нет, никакой клиентироориентированности!
