Наталья! Вы — руководитель салона, а не научились ценить своих старых клиентов. Ваша новая косметолог сделала совершенно безобразно мне ЭЛЛОС, за много лет — это второй раз (раньше замечательная Оленька Лебедькова все делала), первый раз ваша неумеха изуродовала мне руки. Но тогда вы вернули деньги, а теперь решили, что этого делать не надо. Это НЕДОПУСТИМОЕ отношение к клиенту. Вы даже не извинились (как, впрочем, и тот косметолог, который изуродовал), когда я обратилась в салон по поводу испо рченного лица, а ваши сотрудники просто сказали, что они свое дело сделали, а иное их не касается. Вы испортили весь имидж салона. Всем своим приятельницам. которые к вам приходили по моей рекомендации, я дала полную и исчерпывающую информацию о происшедшемю Их вы не дождетесь тоже.
