Добрый день! К сожалению, обобщенная фраза из отзыва, не подкрепленная фактами, не позволяет нам определить причину низкой оценки. На стороннем ресурсе без деталей и без доступа к персональным данным пациента провести проверку не представляется возможным. Клиника Екатерининская – это команда опытных специалистов разных направлений, что позволяет пациентам получать комплексную и квалифицированную помощь в одном месте. В работе врачей используется современное диагностическое и лечебное оборудование, благодаря которому лечение проводится максимально точно, эффективно и комфортно для пациента. Мы всегда открыты к диалогу. Пациенты могут дать нам обратную связь напрямую. Для этого достаточно ответить на сообщение, которое приходит на электронную почту пациента от лица Клиники на следующей день после оказания медицинской услуги с просьбой оценить визит в Клинику.
