Обслуживание ужас, за мои же деньги! Приехали заранее к назначенному времени на прием, в итоге мы прождали 30 минут, и никто принимать нас не собирался! на мой вопрос когда нас примут, ответили что не знают, у доктора идет прием, и мы можем подождать пока нас примут, в другом кабинете!

Добрый день, мы сожалеем, что пришлось задержать начало приема на 5 минут. По факту сложившейся ситуации хотели бы пояснить, что у врача был предыдущий прием, где пациенту стало плохо, он задыхался, и врач оказывал неотложную помощь, поэтому начало следующего приема задерживалось на 5 минут. Администратор предупредил Вас о таком ожидании и принес извинения. Прием был отложен на 5 минут Мы приносим Вам свои искренние извинения, что причинили Вам неудобства и заставили ожидать приема. Будем рады видеть Вас снова и уверены, что Вы останетесь довольны, т.к. случаи с ожиданием приема у нас единичные, зато все специалисты высококвалифицированные и внимательные.
