Понравилось: Вежливость, аккуратность. Было абсолютно не больно! История пациента: Приходила на чистку, всё очень понравилось. Доктор ответила на все вопросы и посоветовала, как убрать воспаление с дёсен. Обязательно буду обращаться ещё!

Понравилось: Мягкие диваны в холле. Не понравилось: Манера общения врача была неприятной, она перебивала и не дослушала хронологию развития моей проблемы. Осмотр под лампой-лупой занял буквально несколько секунд, после чего доктор начала путем перечислять дорогостоящие лазерные процедуры и бренды косметики. На мои жалобы о сильной сухости губ адекватных рекомендаций и назначений на проверку дефицитов железа или витаминов я не получила. [...]. Также напрягло, что на ресепшене перед приемом на 15 минут задерживали мой паспорт под предлогом оформления карты. Не рекомендую этого специалиста. История пациента: Обратилась к данному специалисту на первичный консультативный прием. Поводом стало гормональное акне​, появившееся на фоне изменения дозировки препарата. Рассчитывала получить профессиональную диагностику, направление на анализы​ и схему ухода. Мои ожидания от приема совершенно не оправдались. Врач составила мне план лечения на 82 000 рублей, куда сразу включила лазерные процедуры, чистки и фракционное омоложение кожи. При этом параллельно она назначила мне системный ретиноид «Сотрет» внутрь и наружный гель «Дифферин». [...]. Кроме того, врач не рассчитала кумулятивную дозу препарата и отправила меня следить за побочными эффектами и анализами печени к терапевту, отказавшись вести меня самостоятельно. Данное лечение мне не помогло, так как я вовремя отказалась от него из соображений безопасности для своего здоровья. Считаю, что в клинике присутствует агрессивное навязывание дорогостоящих пакетов услуг.
