Если я записываюсь ко времени, то и прием должен быть в это время. Клиника платная, все должно быть четко. Если мне захочется постоять в очереди в регистратуру, то я прекрасно сделаю это в поликлинике по ОМС...

Отличная клиника. Очень вежливый и приятный персонал. Хочется отметить доктора Федорова Евгения Геннадьевича. Прекрасный врач. Уже второй раз к нему обращаюсь с проблемой вен. Езжу к нему с Москвы. Огромная ему благодарность.

Обратились с сильными болями — невралгия лицевого тройничного нерва. Сделали блокаду, прописали антидепрессанты. Блокада не помогла — отправили маму на месяц домой — пить антидепрессанты (на которых она уже и так два года после смерти папы), через месяц — показаться. Человека с сильными болями отправили домой!!! Типа — терпите дальше. мы помочь не можем. Врач — Шатов. Две звезды только за то, что за второй прием не взяли деньги. А так — около 3-х тысяч оставили — и ушли ни с чемМама больше к » платным» идти не хочет, ей моих денег жалко. Глотает дома обезболивающие, которые почти не помогают. Жалко ее — сил нет – показать
