Отвратительная контора. Дело было так: Прислали монтера, он опоздал на 2 часа, попросил дать ему отвертку, попросил дать ему лестницу, попросил дать ему изоленту. Полдня ковырялся, при том, что все каналы были подведены и кронштейны установлены до него. Когда я попросил его отдать мне мою лестницу, так как она мне нужна была для работы, стал высказывать претензии, якобы он спешит, а я торможу процесс. Шланги закрыл белым коробом с криво обломанными краями, так как инструмента, чтобы ровно отпилить пластик у него тоже не было. После того как он попытался соединить белые трубки для слива конденсата моей синей изолентой, я сказал, что на фоне белых обоев это будет выглядеть некрасиво и попросил это не делать. В ответ он разразился тирадой о том, как ему все это надоело, что он вообще ничего не обязан, что белой изоленты у него нет, а есть только моя синяя и вообще, я могу сам пойти купить белую изоленту и потом самостоятельно все примотать. После звонка в контору он со скандалом все-таки согласился дойти до магазина в соседнем доме и купить белую изоленту. Но это еще не все. Когда он ушел, я сфотографировал результаты, послал в офис конторы и описал ситуацию. Оттуда позвонили, сказали, что якобы в шоке, что с мастером этим они якобы больше не работают, и что якобы обязательно пришлют ко мне других мастеров, которые проверят работу предыдущего. Договорились на определенное число. Я честно ждал их весь день. Но они не пришли и даже не позвонили.

В соседнюю комнату я заказывал кондиционер в другой фирме. И столкнулся с тем, что вначале мне посчитали одну сумму, а на месте вышло на две тысячи дороже. Дополнительные короба не посчитали и все такое. Тут я тоже думал, что так будет. Но вышло за те же деньги, что и обещали сделать. Работали аккуратно.
