Очень долго обслуживают, сидят постоянно, болтают, вообще ужас

Добрый день! Представьтесь, пожалуйста, назовите дату посещения нашего автосервиса, а также номер заказ-наряда. Мы обязательно проведём служебную проверку. По предварительным данным клиента с именем "Анна Сафина" в лице наших клиентов не было. С Уважением, коллектив "Кунцево"

Худший сервис , не советую приезжать , тратить свои деньги . Приехал решить вопрос уводило авто в право , сказал что готов заплатить любые деньги , но что бы решили вопрос , готов был поменять , кулак, стойки , рычаги . После процедур сказали что исправили ситуации, но не чего не изменилось совсем , приехал в другой сервис показал им данные сход развала , сказали что они делали совершенно не те процедуры , и просто содрали деньги .

Уважаемый Джамшит Ильдарович. По вашему обращению была проведена проверка в результате который выяснилось, что вам был заменен деформированный в следствие удара рычаг, при попытке регулировки развала выяснилось, что деформация подвески по прежнему не позволяет этого сделать. Было рекомендовано заменить поворотные кулаки и амортизаторы. Предлагаем Вам подъехать в удобное для Вас время в наш техцентр для проведения этих работ. С уважением администрация техцентра "Кунцево"
