17.12.2019 в 22:56 (за 4 минуты до закрытия) работник данной аптеки отказался принять оплату по безналичному расчету и настаивал на оплате наличными. Чек не выдали. Придя домой я обнаружила,что купленный мной лекарственный препарат «Альмагель» совершенно другой консистенции-очень жидкий,что не свойственно ему. Утром, придя в аптеку, я обратилась к тому самому фармацевту,которая продала мне его. Объяснила проблему,в ответ услышала «а я не знаю какой он должен быть». Заведующая, услышав о моей проблеме, предложила позвонить производителю,а услышав,что мне не дали чек,сказала что принесет его и скрылась в подсобке. Больше я ее не видела. Фармацевт тем временем пыталась забрать у меня купленный вчера препарат и пробить его,со словами «вам же чек нужен». Не получив его,легким движением руки пробила чек с сегодняшней датой и отдала мне. На мой вопрос почему не пробили чек вчера,ведь покупка была не сегодня,фармацевт прямым текстом сказала «не пробила потому,что касса была закрыта,у меня тоже свои дела,я домой хотела». От руководства ООО «Локус Оптима» никаких попыток урегулировать конфликт не было. Придется обращаться в Защиту прав потребителей. Такое отношение к покупателю вижу впервые! – показать

Ужасная аптека! Не аптека, а какая-то шарашкина контора!Сегодня просто отвратительные провизоры (20.02.18). Потребовали рецепт на антибиотики, в свою очередь не предоставив ни единого документа, по которому я обязана его предоставлять. После чего провизор и,скорее всего, заведующая скрылись в каморке пока я не ушла. Не советую эту аптеку никому. Фармацевты еле-еле обслуживают, хотя покупателей всегда мало.
