Расположение просто топовое!Шикарные лофты! Посмотрела их сайт, у них есть не плохое предложение по ипотеке. Может в Ипотеку взять....Мне кажется, что это хорошее вложение.

Проект выглядит очень интересным. До срока сдачи остался годик и застройщик активно ведет последние работы. Приобрел там апартаменты несколько месяцев назад, слежу за всем что происходит. Однозначно по таким ценам с нового года продавать никто не будет, народ потихоньку раскупает лофты. Я удачно успел)) планирую сдавать в аренду, думаю отобью вложенный капитал быстро
