Позвонил им с вопросом выставить зажигание, сказали:"Приезжайте ", приехал с сотых кварталов, говорят:" Нет стробоскопа".Как понимать???

Добрый день, от лица Автотехцентра Китто, приношу вам извинения за доставленное неудобство. Действительно такой факт имел место. Если оправдания как то помогут, то могу пояснить: По чистой случайности автомеханик закрыл оборудование у себя в ящике на замок, а сам по семейным обстоятельствам отпросился на пару часов, а менеджер-девушка не могла про это знать. Вот такое досадное недоразумение. Если как то это поможет, то при следующем обращении от организации вам будет предоставлена дополнительная скидка. Еще раз прошу прощения. Хорошего дня и ровных дорог.
