Во дворе повредили автомобиль. По всей левой части автомобиля обнаружил множественные царапины (повредили передний бампер, задний, бампер и заднее левое крыло). Застрахован по КАСКО. Собрал все нужные справки в ГАИ и обратился в их отдел урегулирования убытков, конкретно к Цветкову Андрею Вячеславовичу. Цветков прочитав все документы, которые я ему представил, усмехнулся и сообщил – “Что такого быть не могло” и направление на ремонт всех трех деталей он выписывать отказывается. Предложил выбрать любой один элемент! На мое возмущение он сообщил, что решает здесь он и если я недоволен, могу пройти экспертизу в их “АВТОМОБИЛЬНОЙ ЭКСПЕРТНОЙ НЕЗАВИСИМОЙ КОМПАНИИ” (которой как вы поняли, КИТ финанс платит денюшки). Я согласился и через две недели мне пришел ответ, что все три элемента были повреждены в разное время. Вот такие дела ребята. Заплатив 45 000 рублей за КАСКО мне предлагают ремонтировать свой автомобиль самостоятельно. Будем судится , другого выхода эти “страховщики” мне не оставили. Будьте осторожны, видимо у КИТ финанса проблемы с финансами, раз они начали отказывать даже в таком мелком ремонте.

Страховал там автомобиль, в целом неплохо все. Цены, действительно, самые низкие, по крайней мере, я ниже не нашел. Сервис, понятно, в момент заключения договора на самом высоком уровне, оближут с ног до головы, но и при обращении по страховому случаю особого дискомфорта не почувствовал. Единственный минус - с момента ДТП до момента перечисления денег на счет прошло 2 месяца, но здесь делаю скидку на то, что и сумма была довольно большая (100000 руб.), и оценщики не очень расторопны. В целом доволен компанией.
