Испорченный вечер Достоинства: Всё как везде Недостатки: Отношение к клиентам Купили билеты через интернет, приехали в ТРЦ Макси где вообщем и находиться кинотеатр, просидели 30 мин смотря на пустой экран ну и кино на этом кончилось. Даже деньги не вернули, типо 2 недели ждать. Потраченное зря время и испорченное настроение, это последний раз моего посещение этой шараги.

Просмотр бесконечного количества трейлеров за свои деньги Достоинства: Никаких Недостатки: Трейлеры, реклама, хамло на кассах, при очереди в 15 человек работает одна касса, сотрудники которой просто не шевелятся. Неуважаемый в принципе театр. Количество трейлеров за гранью добра и зла. Плюс реклама. Я деньги за рекламу плачу? Или за 10-15 трейлеров общей продолжительностью до получаса, а то и больше? Давайте ещё посреди фильмов рекламу и трейлеры вставляйте. Так вы быстрее разоритесь и сольетесь. Вы не нужны, уходите.
