Пользуюсь сайтом Кидсаут 2 года. Были постоянные ситтеры (3 молодые девушки), чтобы забирать ребенка из садика, и несколько ситтеров на разовые заказы. Ситтерами была довольна, ребенку тоже с ними было интересно. Жаль, что в среднем через 6-8 месяцев ситтеры либо переезжали, либо уходили из профессии, и приходилось искать нового постоянного ситтера. За последние полгода, по моему мнению, сервис ухудшился: руководство не заинтересовано в помощи родителям в поиске ситтеров (у меня уже 2 суток висит объявление о поиске постоянного ситтера в Мурино с оплатой 600 рублей в час и ни одного отклика); в анкетах указано среднее время ответа ситтера (4 часа/в течение дня), но ни один из ситтеров, которым я отправила сообщение, уже более суток на него не ответил (хотя в отпуске не значится) и сайт это не контролирует; в некоторых анкетах ситтеры нарушают закон "О защите прав потребителей"(прописывая оплату за отмену услуги, которую отменили до её оказания) и сайт никак это не контролирует; цены за заказ стали неадекватными (очень мало ситтеров с ценой за час, соответствующей опыту, и много новичков без педагогического образования с ценой 600-700 рублей в час и выше); ситтеры, у которых в анкете указана одна цена за час (500 рублей, к примеру), могут озвучить цену в 2 раза выше за час (1000 рублей), причем на несрочный заказ (за 10 дней). Ещё 2 года, год назад я в первый же день после размещения объявления находила постоянного ситтера, сейчас - заранее (за полторы недели) уже 2 дня ни одного отклика, ни ситтеры на сообщения не отвечают. Складывается впечатление, что сайту выгодно получить оплату за подписку, дальнейшая помощь в поиске и помощи родителям не интересует.
