Очень незаинтересованный колл.центр (именно в чате) Очень хотела попасть на прием к специалисту, запись была полная. Я попросила чтобы в случае отмены какого-нибудь пациента-сообщили мне и я сразу готова выехать. На что мне ответили «мы не отслеживаем отмененных пациентов, звоните сами» Я сама являюсь сотрудником колл.центра в организации и нас в этом плане обучали совсем иначе и требовали по полной, поэтому я знаю регламенты и что такое сервис. Здесь сразу чувствуется отсутствие качественного обучения и повышения квалификации сотрудников (это уже вопросы к руководству) Хотя, возможно у них это норма. Возможно, работают на поток и особо не цепляются за пациентов. Нет никакого интереса и желания помочь и дело не только в этом одном сообщении, а в целом—даже через экран ощущается энергетика сотрудника. Чувствуется, что ходит на нежеланную работу и делает лишь бы лишь бы. Этакий «холодный колл.центр» )) Вероятнее, дело в низкой заработной плате или не успеваемости обрабатывать большое количество лидов. Вторую звезду ставлю врачу, которая однажды правильно диагностировала у нас опухоль А над сервисом, несомненно, стоит поработать (медицинская клиника, оказывающая помощь людям, всё-таки) Ну хотя бы для видухи стоит прикинуться заинтересованными и вежливыми)
