К моему великому сожалению теперь это происходит с КИА. Полное безразличие и наплевательское отношение к клиентам. Обратился по горячей линии с просьбой уточнить, где мой заказ запасных частей для ремонта, который я не могу получить (салон, где будет ремонт) уже пол года. Каждый месяц одно и то же - через месяц перезвоним, ждем. На горячей линии девушка Маргарита словно робот, не реагируя на комментарии, отвечала одно и то же- обратитесь в дилерский центр. Я говорю - мой вопрос не решается уже полгода! Помогите! Вы же представляете завод, где делаются мои запасные части. Бесполезно! Сервис стал просто на уровне дна. КИА точно потеряет рынок РФ при таком отвратительном отношении к клиентам. Моя следующая машина уже точно не будет КИА, хотя всегда любил эту марку. Может быть ТОП менеджмент увидит эти обращения и отреагирует, если он не такой, как девушка Маргарита в колл-центре...

Выбрал карнивал стоимость почти 3,8 млн. На сайте киа есть авто в наличии, цена указана как в прайсе, только при обращении к дилеру (причём к любому) ответ такой. Берите в кредит и страховок на 700 тысяч, сказал мне не нужно, хочу за наличные. Тогда за наличные цена 4,5 нам не выгодно так продавать, мы с машины всего 70 тысяч имеем, поэтому не продадим, а машин и так мало, не вы, так кто-то другой купит. Давайте куплю под заказ, мне не срочно, отвечают, ну на заказ машина подорожать успеет, примерно на 20%, поэтому сразу закладывайте плюс 600 тысяч к прайсу, это что так киа машины продаёт??? Залез к китайцам, в комплектации лучше, чем у киа дешевле на 600 тысяч и по прайсу отдают, без кредитов и прочих скидок, решил рискнуть и взять китайца. В КИА разочаровался, при обращении на горячую линию, ничем помочь не могут, на дилеров управы нет.
