Записались на тест драйв 5 сентября к Бакланову Александру на 11.30. Приехали в 35 минут, он попросил подождать, сам занимался каким-то своими делами. В 11.45 подошли и попросили побыстрее, тк возможности и желания ждать его не было. Он попросил документы, которые мы ему выслали заранее, а он не удосужился посмотреть, что они есть и ушёл. Мы прожали до 12 и уехали, Александр даже не удосужился позвонить и узнать где мы 👍. Салон пустой, клиентов не было, все менеджеры были свободны. Зачем вы записывает заранее и заставляете людей ждать, почему такое неуважение к чужому времени?Отвратительный салон с ужасным обслуживанием.
