Вчера я хотела купить кофе в свою чашку, но мне было отказано со словами: "Мы так не делаем. Если хотите кофе в свою чашку, идите в какую-нибудь другую кофейню". Это сказала сотрудница KFC, после чего подошёл сотрудник KFC и предложил мне купить кофе в их стакане, а после перелить в свою чашку. Из этого делаю вывод, что сотрудники даже не поняли причину моей изначальной просьбы - я хотела избежать использования лишнего одноразового стакана. Это очень понятно и экологично. Жаль, что такие понятия не близки и малоизвестны сотрудникам современного общепита! KFC не поддерживает инициативы по отказу от лишнего мусора.
