Ужасное обслуживание! Пожилого человека-инвалида нагло отправили делать заказ через терминал, на просьбу принять через кассу - заставили ждать сначала появление кассира, затем живой очереди за заказом. Заказ пенсионер не дождался (потребовал возврата денег). Старшая смены (Анна?) урегулировать конфликт отказалась, общалась неуважительно и хамски. Разволнованному и голодному пенсионеру пришлось спуститься в аптеку за лекарствами .

Были проездом, заказ приготовили быстро. По вкусу: всё пресное, безвкусное, абсолютно сухое. Единственное, что понравилось из всего заказа, это то, что положили много салфеток, но платили мы, вроде, не за них.
