Мега.KFC. Долго не подходили к кассе, хотя видели. Не спросили, с собой или на месте, в итоге завернули просто в пакет и даже салфеток не положили. Качество самой еды не айс. Курица как курица, но не соуса толком и компоновка бургера ужасна. В двух из трёх твистеров не было помидоров. Худшее заведение KFC в Уфе.

Хотели заказать домашний баскет примерно в пол 9 вечера. Здесь отказывались готовить куриные ножки на одной кости. Просто очень долго убеждали нас, что они уже закончились. После того, как мы настояли на своём, аргументируя это тем, что до закрытия ещё пару часов, каким-то чудесным образом они все же оказались в наличии. Заказали. После этого нам сказали, что нужно подождать минут 10-15. Мы отошли в один из магазинов в Меге, а когда вернулись, оказалось, что наш заказ отдали другому человеку! Просто даже не посмотрели номер заказа, не удостоверились и просто отдали! В итоге (время было 21:15) повторно приготовить наш заказ отказались. Просто не захотели готовить куриные ножки на одной кости, предлагали на двух. Я не понимаю, так сложно делать свою работу нормально? Мы около 30-45 минут потратили только на то, чтобы уговорить сотрудников приготовить нам то, что у них и так есть в меню! И потом просто отдать заказ кому попало – это что такое??? А то, что они отказываются готовить что-то после 20:00, это уже не в первый раз! То чизбургера у них нет, то баскетов, то других бургеров. Больше не придём. Конкретно этот филиал – полное дно, простите. Очень хотелось бы, чтобы с этим уже что-то сделали наконец! Тут столько негативных отзывов, что просто кошмар.
