После переименования сети в Ростикс столкнулись с таким низким уровнем качества еды, с которым прежде не сталкивались. Курица потемневшая и сухая, настолько, что невозможно прожевать, все ингредиенты сухие и твердые, будто вчерашние, картофель несвежий, овощи низкого качества. Не стали доедать, выбросили. Кола со странным привкусом.

Пять раз ужинал в данном заведении. Обслуживание хорошее, еда хорошая. Минусы- забывают дать сахар, салфетки, мешалки. В зале желательно почаще убирать столики. Из плюсов- уже нарядили Ёлку на Новый Год.

Еда неплохо, готовят моментально, в здании довольно чисто, находится в очень удобном месте, прямо в середине, напитки вкусные евервесс или липтон, очень красиво в помещении

Мелочи явно не хватает в кассах( кассиры не могут полностью дать сдачу! Начальство, позаботьтесь пожалуйста о размене в кассе!!! По карману не бьёт, но жалко ребят, которые оправдываются за вашу халатность!!!

По основному меню - масса вопросов, так как в разные смены разное обслуживание и свежесть, а вот капуччино тут мне всегда нравится)

Достоинства: Сотрудники очень терпеливые и внимательные. Заказ приготовили очень быстро, несмотря на то, что людей было немало. Сын забыл рюкзак, вспомнили уже когда уехали. Каково было моё удивление, когда позвонив им на следующий день, узнали, что рюкзак у них. Уточнив его содержимое, вернули в целости и сохранности. Спасибо вам, ребята, большое за работу!

Ужасный уровень обслуживания!!!2 айтвистера ждал 20 минут,, меняйте персонал на кухне или штрафуйте за то что они не выполняют свою работу в срок
