Хватит того что кассиры тупые! Картошку есть не возможно. Не свежая. Кассы самообслуживания всегда закрыты в 22:00 а касир никакой! Сегодня ситуация прошу шеф баскет со стрипсами она фиг знает что пробила! 3 стрипса и картошка которую есть не возможно! К сожалению на месте не проверила! Ожидание от 10до 25 минут!!! Где такое видано? Если вы не можете навести порядок вызовите тех людей которые разбераються а то вы не справляетесь!!!

Сидели мирно с мужем и мини шпицем подмышкой, приличные, спокойные, довольные. Управляющая Джама 14 мая в районе 18 часов внезапно подошла и грубо, без грамма уважения, прямо посреди еды, не дав доесть до конца, выгнала из ресторана с предлогом, что с собаками запрещено. Собачка маленькая, сидела на руках, никого не трогала. Джама отказалась давать жалобную книгу, которую мы взяли собственными силами зайдя за ресепшн, как и контакт директора, ссылаясь на правила, которые нигде не прописаны. В шок пришли мы, все окружающие, сам персонал, мы, такого отношения на уровне сервиса не встречали ранее и крайне расстроились. Многократно посещали это место, как и другие места, мы живем в толерантной к собакам стране, в других местах предложат воду и плед, даже накормят питомца, тут нам даже не дали самим доесть, в грубой форме выпроводив на улицу. Больше ходить сюда не будем, как и не советуем, много, очень много приличных кафе рядом, где грубость на уровне сервиса запрещена. Ну и где можно доесть то, за что ты заплатил.
