Несомненно, что мастера здесь работают высочайшей квалификации. Цены приемлемые. Если, не приведи Господь, когда-нибудь будут ещё проблемы с электрикой авто Фольксваген Тигуан, обращусь только сюда, а не к ОД.

Сервис просто ужас, ведут себя по хамски! Взяли деньги, но ничего толком не сделали! Никому не советую, пожалейте свои деньги

Мурад, здравствуйте. Я помню очень многие автомобили, которые нам приходится делать, а это от 5 до 10 машин в день и ваш автомобиль я тоже помню. Мы вам перепрошивали блок комфорта, правда это было больше чем пол года назад. После прошивки симптомы неисправного автомобиля сохранились и я был уверен, что проблема не в блоке, а в неверной диагностике, а деньги вы оплатили за ту работу, которую вы попросили сделать, так как мы диагностику не делали (это было вашей волей), то деньги за работу мы берем в полном обьеме. Я понимаю неприятность данной ситуации для вас и если вы считаете, что я был не прав, приношу свои извинения и в качестве извинения предлагаю любую услугу в пределах оплаченной суммы сделать у нас совершенно бесплатно, будь то проблемы по электрике или проблемы с ключами, мы обязательно поможем, с уважением, руководитель Валерий
