Магазин на Ленинской Слободе это что-то. Продавцы занимаются какими-то своими делами. Долго ждали, что отвлекутся и предложат помощь, но увы... полный игнор... судя по отзыву ниже, это их нормальное поведение. Покупать в таком магазине, конечно же, ничего не хочется.

Связался с Ольгой. Работает в этом отделении Kerama. Специалист рассказал о магазине и услугах, среди которых был подбор материалов. Доверились, скинул всю инфо в вотс. На следующий день спросил о результатах подбора. Мало того, что специалист предпочёл забыть о том, что его просили. Не посмотрел, что ему отправили и в оправдание сказал, что не знаком с фабрикой (сообщение начиналось с «во-первых»). Грубый тон, полное отсутствие клиентоориентированности. А «во-вторых», мне сказали, что я, якобы, должен был прислать артикулы, самостоятельно все подобрать. Отчитали меня, короче говоря, за то что я позвонил им)) Я оповестил, что такого уговора не было. На что мне сказали «зато я говорила, что такого размера нет». Причём тут это, я не знаю, т.к. размер по уговору был не важен, решили бы из подбора)) В общем говоря, ощущение, что поговорил с какой-то бабушкой на базаре, отогревающей ноги в семечках, а после продающей их на рынке. Понимаю, что дело не в компании, но именно такие люди заставляют безвозвратно уйти и никому ее не советовать.
