После того как мне отказали в обслуживание на Ленинградской проспекте м. Белорусская, ссылаясь, на не достаток времени делать мне раскладку, хотя я была там одна покупатель, под тем магазинам уже оставила отзыв. Решила, что не буду тратить время и нервы поеду в другой ближайший магазин плитки kerama marazzi. Приехала и в ответ от продавца, услышала тоже самое, мне не когда делать раскладку, у неё типо и так много проектов. И снова, я была единственным покупателем в магазине. Я сказала, что мне нужно для своего рабочего что бы мне не пришлось руками объяснять, и что бы не было такого что плитки не хватит. А в ответ я услышала, что это за такой рабочий что сам не может вычитать сколько нужно плитки. А с какого... он вообще должен высчитывать количество плитки, он дал замеры, не то что на листочек нарисовал от руки, а целую планировку с замерами распечатанную. Вобщем ушла без покупок, потратила целый день. А мне всего надо было плитки на кухню, в коридор, в ванную и в санузел. При том что ехала до них 1.5 часа. Я просто в шоке... Как она разговаривала как будто я пришла в гости без приглашения, смеялась без причины. Объясняю ей что у меня круглый дом, и планировка необычная, нет возможности под 90 градусов её выкладывать, только под 45. Она снова смеётся и говорит я здесь работаю 7 лет и знаю что это, к чему не понятно это было... Добрый день это было 17.04.2021

Магазин просторный, расположение удобное-рядом с метро, большой выбор. Теперь о минусах- консультант была крайне недоброжелательна и даже надменна. Хотя мы пришли с конкретной целью купить уже выбранную плитку, то есть даже не задавали каких-то вопросов или уточнений. После общения с ней настроение было испорчено. Для ремонта также потребовалось купить другую плитку на стены в санузле- этот магазин мы даже не рассматривали, хотя находится совсем рядом с домом.
