Неприятное впечатление осталось от посещения отдела автозапчастей. Сегодня запланировал покупку детали. За столом сидела женщина и мужчина. Подошёл, поздаровался и спросил: - "К кому можно обратиться по заказу запчасти?. В ответ услышал от девушки: - "Что Вы хотели?". Озвучил запрос. Она молча посмотрела на коллегу и мы все сидели ждали, пока коллега секунд 30 что-то в компьютере доделывает (не по моему запросу). Я постоял немного и присел на стул рядом (мне никто не предложил этого сделать). Когда коллега освободился, то не поздаровавшись задал тот же вопрос: - "Что Вы хотели?". Добавил просьбу, передать ему VIN автомобиля. Я настоял на том, что я поздаровался и жду в ответ того же. В ответ пренебрежительное здрасти. Далее была озвучена стоимость детали в пределах 4500 - 5000тыр. И это ещё под заказ! Я понял, что так он меня посылает лесом и ушёл. Заказал ОРИГИНАЛЬНУЮ запчасть на свой авто в другом магазине за 1839 рублей. Выводы делайте сами. Я туда ни ногой больше

Когда-то очень крупный сетевой автомагазин сейчас схлопнулся до размеров небольшого придорожного автомагазинчика, отдав большую часть площади под другие промтовары. Впрочем, в зале автомагазине по-прежнему работают два консультанта - по запчастям и по автохимии, и довольно грамотно. Конечно, они следуют тренду - большие залы отмирают... Хотя в сеть они до сих пор нормально не переместились.
