Здравствуйте! Хочу поделиться впечатлениями о лаборатории. Поскольку каникулы были длинные, решила заняться своими здоровьем! И очень удачно! Именно в эти дни в лаборатории дали скидку в 50% на нужные исследования! Вот это подарок! К тому же результаты были готовы в тот же, пришла смска, повторно ехать не пришлось, результаты посмотрела дома в личном кабинете на сайте КДЛ. В общем, я в восторге!

По необходимости пришлось обратиться в лабораторию на Оршанской, живу рядом, первое на, что обращаю внимание -внешний вид, современная вывеска, дизайн. Народу никого, обслужили как ВИП-персону, сдал все быстро, получил анализу тоже быстро Петр Свинцев

Очень удобное расположение - близко к дому. Приветливые сотрудницы на ресепшн, очень аккуратная медсестра. Мне при заборе крови стало нехорошо, эту проблему оперативно решили, дав нашатыря и чёрного сладкого чая. Результаты высылают вовремя на почту без задержек.

Пересдавала тут анализ на хеликобактер, всего-то за 400 руб. В поликлинике результат был отрицательный, а в кдл нашли. Мне уже назначили лечение и стало заметно легче, прошли боли. Вот оказывается как в лечении важна качественная диагностика и анализ.

Мне понравилась сотрудница на ресепшене – собранная и профессиональная. Передо мной в очереди стояла нервная женщина, раздражалась, торопила, но сотрудница не позволила себе никаких эмоций, предельно корректно ее обслужила, вежливо, но с достоинством. KDL, плюс вашему персоналу, не забывайте их поощрять.
