К сожалению, пришлось поработать с данной фирмой. Сами с Санкт-Петербурга, заказывали небольшой соленоид для техники. Счет №17042937 от 15.05.17, оплатили на следующий день, после чего про нас благополучно забыли на несколько дней. Пришлось звонить и напоминать о себе, согласовывать доставку в СПб. Без документов отказались что-либо отгружать. Согласовали, что наш курьер приедет и заберет все с подписанными документами с нашей стороны. Тугому менеджеру объясняли это полчаса по телефону. Договорились, что пришлем документы на почту, мы их подпишем и отправим с нашим курьером за заказом. Ждем еще несколько дней, сроки уже все вышли, устройство не нужно. Отправляю письмо, чтобы выслали хоть как-то - хоть транспортной компанией, хоть как они могут. Ждем несколько дней и только спустя 10 дней звонят с транспортной компании и говорят что груз только выехал и надо ждать 2 дня! Логистические отправки вообще не продуманы, можно ждать неделями. Денег за отправку до терминала посчитали столько, что хватило бы заплатить за экспресс доставку EMS авиа с получением заказа до адреса, а не на терминале ТК. Сумму доставки перед отправкой со мной никто не согласовывал, а плательщиком естественно по умолчанию поставили покупателя. Прошло более 10 дней с момента оплаты, заказ где-то еще катается. Для заказа скидывал точные параметры, в счете выставили более размытое описание без указания производителя. Вероятнее всего, что соленоид не подойдет по каким-то параметрам, это стало понятно по отношению к клиентам. Не рекомендую тратить время и заказывать что-то в этой компании, ищите других более надежных и ответственных поставщиков.
