Сегодня в 11—40 попыталась отправить деньги в Украину. На 2 кассе придрались к банкноте. Проверяла кассир её несколько раз. Не понравилось кассиру, что уголок немного голубоватый. Видимо от джинсов у кого — то слегка окрасился, знаете бывают такие немного мажутся, когда новые. Так ведь я же её в банке и купила. Главное, к качеству банкноты претензий не было, не поддельная,.а вот уголок не понравился. Вот как это называется?! Что хочу то и ворочу. Когда выходила, на ступеньках меня женщина ос тановила, говорит её на прошлой неделе так же мурыжили. Никогда больше не обращусь в этот банк и вам не советую! – показать

Уважаемый клиент!Благодарим Вас за оставленное обращение.Хотим пояснить Вам, что Банк строго соблюдает действующие нормативные документы Банка России и правила приема поврежденных денежных знаков иностранных государств, разработанные ПАО КБ «РусЮгбанк» (данные правила размещены на стендах в офисах банка). В частности к повреждениям банкнот, не позволяющим сотрудникам банка их принять, относятся повреждения, возникшие в результате воздействия внешней среды, например залитые чернилами/краской , изменившие первоначальную окраску или обесцвеченные.Просим отнестись с пониманием к установленным в банке правилам приема иностранной валюты, данные правила разработаны в связи с тем, что принимаемые купюры банк впоследствии выдает другим клиентам при покупке ими соответствующей валюты, поэтому нам необходимо, учитывая пожелания клиентов, выдавать купюры без каких-либо повреждений.Нам искренне жаль, что Вам пришлось столкнуться с неудобствами при посещении офиса ПАО КБ «РусЮгбанк», тем не менее очень надеемся, что Вы останетесь клиентом банка.С уважением, ПАО КБ «РусЮгбанк». – показать
