Всем кто точно не знает успеет или нет на определенное мероприятие и собирается покупать через кассир.ру сильно подумайте, ибо вернуть деньги будет очень сложным заданием. Если вы взяли билеты в уличной кассе, то возврат вы можете сделать только в центральном офисе кассир.ру при этом имея при себе чуть ли не справку о достоверности ваших отпечатков пальцев и справку о группе крови.

Добрый день, Ильнур С правилами возврата билетов Вы можете ознакомиться на сайте https://kzn.kassir.ru/pages/vozvrat-biletov либо в кассах КАССИР.РУ С 1 сентября 2019 года изменились правила возврата денег за билеты, согласно Федеральному закону от 18.07.2019 N 193-ФЗ "О внесении изменений в Закон Российской Федерации "Основы законодательства Российской Федерации о культуре". Как и во всех магазинах при возврате необходимо предоставить товар, в нашем случае Билет, и удостоверение личности. При оплате Банковской картой - карту, если карта не действительная, то банковские реквизиты

Подарили сертификат в кассир ру. Расплатится им на сайте нельзя, ладно, пришлось перебиться, так оказывается не в каждой кассе ещё им воспользоваться можно. Пришлось через пол города пилить в другую кассу. Ужасный сервис!
