Зажали себе сервисный сбор 420р. при отмене представления. Номер заказа 10803752. 28 декабря приобрели 4 билета на kassir.u за 4620р. На 2 января 2019 года. Из-за погодных условий 2 января представление было отменено. Написали заявление в kassir.ru на возврат денежных средств, но kassir.ru возвращает только стоимость билетов, а сервисный сбор не вернул. Сначала хотели навязать перенос билетов на другую дату, но я в этом городе был недолго и не мог переносить на другую дату Мне нужно было уезжать, я остался недоволен
