Купили билеты на группу "Моя Мишель" на 6 ноября 2019г в Максимилианс. В ресторане нам сказали что концерта не будет по тех причинам. Сама же певица в Инстаграм написала что у неё не было концерта в Ебк. Что это ложь и обман!!! Как можно продавать билеты на концерт, которого нет???

Добрый день. Кассир РУ продавали билеты на концерт "Моя Мишель", который был заявлен 6 ноября в Максимилиансе. 23 октября - организатор объявил об отмене концерта. Продажу мы сразу остановили. Возврат денежных средств за билеты, купленных в кассах Кассир РУ и на сайте производится в центральном офисе по адресу ул. Розы Люксембург 22-601.

Сегодня купила билеты на концерт Дженнифер Лопес) Это моя вторая покупка через кассир. На прошлой неделе посетили театральное представление по электронным билетам, не смогла устоять, да и ради интереса посмотреть как работает система. Пропустили в зал без вопросов, как оказалось, очень многие пользуются сервисом, жаль раньше о нем не знала, столько мероприятий можно было успеть посетить.
