Добрый день пользователи KASSIR.RU! Сейчас идет 2020 год, бушует пандемия. Все ТЦ, многие предприятия, магазины одежды и т.д и т.п были закрыты, в связи с этой ситуацией. Но многие организации продолжают свою деятельность онлайн. Столкнулся с серьезной проблемой данного сайта - это ужасный сервис и чудовищная техническая поддержка потребителя. Купил билеты на концерт группы "Сплин - Тайком", все даты были просчитаны, чтобы концерт не пересекался с работой. Но, к сожалению, концерт был перенесен на полгода вперед, а что будет через такое кол-во времени - сказать сложно. Поэтому мною было принято решение отказаться от мероприятия до его востребования и новых дат проведения. Стоимость концерта 2200 тыс. руб. + сборы 200 руб., которые при возврате билета не возвращаются. Ну да фиг с ними, главное вернуть основную сумму - это стоимость самого билета. Для возврата электронного билета (живу в другом городе) необходимо заполнить анкету, отправить кучу других документов, где все должно быть подробно расписано. Выполнил. Отправлял я это сообщения еще до введения серьезных ограничительных мер по закрытию предприятий и организаций (но уже тогда начали отменять крупные мероприятия). Через пять семь дней всё закрывают, в том числе и KASSIR.RU. Деньги не были возвращены, поддержка после длительных отписок и звонков вовсе перестала отвечать. Ссылаются на ситуацию в стране и остановку их работы. Прошло 2-3 месяца с момента отправки "письма о возврате денежных средств", кроме отписок и игнорирований никакой конкретики не было получено.
