Добрый день! Частенько пользуюсь услугами вашего салона и всегда оставалась довольна! Но сегодня получила разочарование от вашего администратора! Грубая и неприятная девушка! Невозможно записаться по телефону заранее без предоплаты! Но как внести предоплату, если нет возможности прийти лично! Можно было найти компромисс, а не отмахиваться от клиента! Видимо нет интереса к работе и от клиентов у вас отбоя нет! Больше не буду рекомендовать ваш салон друзьям и знакомым! Теперь придется искать друго й салон недалеко от дома!! – показать

Добрый день, к сожалению поздно увидели. Предоплата берется на запись в даты с 20.12 по 31.12 и на 6,7,8, марта.

Добрый день! У нас замечательные администраторы, и если вы наш клиент, то могли убедиться в этом сами. В данной ситуации разобрались и приносим свои извинения за некорректный ответ мастера маникюра, она подняла трубку в то время, пока администратор отсутствовала на рабочем месте. К сожалению, мастер была некомпетентна в данном вопросе и не предложила придти в другой удобный Вам день или выбрать другой способ предоплаты. Будем рады видеть Вас снова в нашей студии!

Не все администраторы у вас замечательные.Дина да — внимательная, вежливая, всегда спросит как дела, перезвонит — с напоминанием, предложит кофе)А вот Наталья — грубая, неприветливая, негостеприимная.
